End of tenancy clean complete! 🧽✨

Now, I know this isn’t the “sparkly and brand new” end of tenancy transformation you normally see… but I like to keep it raw and real on here.

This property was heavily affected by mould, and unfortunately a lot of it was beyond what any standard cleaning company could safely remove. I’ll always be the first to admit when something is outside of our capabilities, rather than make false promises.

That said, we gave it absolutely everything. We scrubbed, steamed, soaked, sanitised and finished with a full carpet clean to get the property to the best condition possible.

With the help of Wicked Waste, we also arranged the removal of all unwanted items from the property, helping to get it cleared and ready for its next steps. 👏

We’ve also recommended specialist services and improvements to the client that we genuinely believe will help, but which fall outside the scope of cleaning.

Me and the girls put in a combined 25 hours on this one. There were emergency shop runs, my partner (bless him ❤️) did two supply deliveries to keep us going, and I don’t even want to think about how many energy drinks were consumed! 😂

And because no day can ever be straightforward… we somehow managed to get locked in the clients lounge after the door handle came off 🤦🏼‍♀️ (thankfully my Father in law and some nail clippers🤔 came to the rescue! 😂), and to top it all off, we also got temporarily stuck in the lift!

Safe to say… it’s been A Day™️.

Not every job is Instagram-perfect, but every client gets 100% from us.

Raw. Real. Honest.

Now it’s time for all of us to have a long bath, get an early night, and enjoy a well-earned day off tomorrow. We definitely earned it! 😴🛁

One year ago today, I sat down with nothing but an idea, a notebook full of dreams, and the name Luxe & Honey Cleaning Co. ❤️

I had no idea where this journey would take me. I just knew I wanted to build something I could be proud of, something that would give my family a better future.

Fast forward one year, and wow… what a year it’s been.

There have been early mornings, late nights, tears, stress, moments where I questioned everything, and days where I felt completely overwhelmed. Running a business is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.

But there have also been so many incredible moments. The amazing clients who trusted me from day one. The lovely messages. The recommendations. The support from friends, family, and this community. Every booking, every share, every kind word has helped Luxe & Honey become what it is today.

I’m so proud of how far we’ve come in just one year. We’ve grown from just me with a dream to a business that’s cleaned hundreds of homes, holiday lets, and businesses across Dorset. And this is only the beginning.

To every single person who has booked with us, recommended us, shared our posts, liked our content, or simply believed in me… thank you. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.
