I have NEWS!
The government have confirmed that cleaning in homes (with a few safety adjustments) can continue.
So HH will be resuming our services. We are open again...
We are following the guidelines laid out by the government and I thought I would share these with you all, as then you'll be able to make an informed decision as to when you'd like your lady to return.
I fully appreciate these are strange times and understand completely if you wish to wait longer or indeed not continue with our services.
I will be available anytime to answer any of your concerns or questions as we start to navigate this new way of working together.
All cleaners must follow our detailed cleaning and safety guidelines
These are based on the latest guidelines from Public Health England/Scotland and the NHS.
Thoroughly wash their hands before and after their cleans with warm soapy water
Surfaces should be cleaned using regular products and then where possible, disinfected using a product that is certified to kill 99.9% of germs, such as Antibacterial Surface Cleaner Spray (I will provide each lady with the anti-bac spray)
Special attention should be paid to "high touched" areas such as; door and cupboard handles, light switches, TV remotes, tables, countertops etc
Warm water (not hot or cold) should be used when cleaning surfaces and mopping floors, to maximise the effectiveness of cleaning products
Use disposable or machine washable gloves (I will provide these ladies)
Open windows where possible for ventilation
Wash cleaning cloths and mop covers at a high temperature (60°C or above) after every use (all ladies are going to be given new e-cloths to use and wash themselves for each visit to your homes)
Avoid shaking dirty laundry and soft furnishings such as bath mats and rugs
The most important point is that cleans must be skipped if a lady or customer has coronavirus symptoms, or is in a vulnerable group. Customers should skip cleans if anybody in their home has coronavirus symptoms or is in a vulnerable group.
Customers should stay in another room while their lady is working and maintain social distancing of 2 meters at all times.

We really will help in any way we can. If some of my ladies are unable to clean because of having little ones still at home then I will cover for them until they can resume.
