Signs of a faulty fire installation. During the chimney sweep soot had been breaching behind the appliance and escaping around the edge of the fire as seen in the photo. It was recommended that the fire is not to be used until a registered stove installer has rectified the issue.

Chimney Cowl / Cap fitting - including cowl / cap & instillation is £200.00
Solid fuel bird protecting cowl
Disused chimney pot cap (Capping)
Gas cowl
+ £85 each additional cap/cowl fitted on the same property.

Birds
Live bird removal: £88.00

Bird nest removal £126.00
Only available during the months of September to February.

Have a thatched property?
Due to insurance and regulation concerns, Jim is no longer sweeping thatched properties.
