I supported a team making up beds (with my own hired linen) for the first time ever. Why have I not done this before? It was a real eye opener to the process and also the irritants cleaning teams face all the time! So I’ve put myself and the team on an Action Plan 💪🏻

⚠️ mattresses so heavy and wedged into a frame, that a flat sheet would be a impossible to fit. Grazed my knuckles in process. 😖
❤️upgraded to fitted.

⚠️ mattresses so deep standard sheet sizes are just too tight. Took me ages and was sweating after 🥵
❤️up sized the sheets from king to super.

⚠️ yellowing from sun cream which seems to be invisible when ironing and then just appears!
❤️added in a few spares. We’re not perfect!

⚠️bunk bed making - least said about that the better!
❤️ must have fitted sheets for sure!

⚠️ quick turnovers and wasting time looking for correct sizes from a mountain of linen
❤️Put ourselves in cleaner shoes, order linen in bags, match up sheets to duvets, make it easy for them.

So you see, it’s not just what you do, but HOW you do it and making life easier for cleaning teams is now our MISSION for 2026.

The sun is out, new van ready to go, team are all powered up from a mini break, it’s my sisters birthday so a bit of cake later, perfect day!

We’re recruiting!

Employed, pension, paid holiday.

A typical week looks like this

9-1 Monday to Thursday.
Driving company vehicle to deliver laundry bags to sites in Poole and Bomo.
Supporting team in the unit running the machines.
Weekend shifts on a rota - typical 1 in 3 (a morning delivering)

Some days deliveries can take most of the shift, so you’ll need to be confident driving.

Some deliveries could be moved to the evening.

Overtime available.
