After A recent health issue/hospital admission i have reduced my working hours
so that I can recuperate better.

Sadly this meant I had to give notice to a few clients. I cherish all my clients & tough decisions had to be made but health & wellbeing has to come first & foremost.

I have had quite a few enquiries for new cleans from people over the past 3 months.
I have no availability to take on any new clients as I cannot physically extend my working days & luckily I have regular long term client's who are with me for the foreseeable future.
I will update this post if there are any changes or a client is on holiday.

As a Renter & a Professional Cleaner I feel that this needs to be shared as there seems to be some Renters that still don't know the 2019 changes relating to (EOT) end of tenancy cleans.

There are Pro's & Con's to professional V diy EOT & I hope this helps people to decide which is best for them personally.

due to a couple of customers being on holiday at the end of October & throughout November, I am offering a few 2 hour cleaning slots for local area's of SESKU, HEMSWORTH & ACKWORTH area's.
These are one off standard cleans (not decluttering or Deep Cleans) at a reduced price of £25.00 instead of £30.00.

As these are one off cleans whilst current clients are on holiday they can only be on a WEDNESDAY & are various time slots between 8am & 4pm.
also coming soon are a couple of fortnightly afternoon slots on a Monday in UPTON, KINSLEY Or FITZWILLIAM areas & 1 Tuesday afternoon fortnightly 2 hour slot left in Kinsley/Fitzwilliam area.

We have a couple of new slots for fortnightly cleans on a Tuesday afternoon & 1 slot for a weekly Monday afternoon clean.

Prices start FROM £15.00 per hour.
a minimum of 1 & half hours for local cleans & minimum of 2 hours for any cleans further than 5 miles.

Spring cleans, Deep cleans etc are priced per job & a walk through visit & chat with customer is essential on these to to discuss requirements.

we had a message from a lady last wednesday asking if we could possibly fit a clean in by the friday 😲 my lovely Co -Worker came up Trumps & made time to do a 4hour clean for her on a Very hot friday 🌞🌞 one happy customer who is now going to become a regular client 💪🏻💪🏻

we offer a NO OBLIGATION walk through of your home to discuss your requirements & how best we can use the time to suit you & your budget.

prices for a standard clean, minimum of 2 hours, start from £15.00 per hour.
AS FROM 1ST JANUARY 2024, PRICES FOR ANY NEW CLEANS WILL START FROM £17.50 PER HOUR

We occasionally free up time for Deep Cleans & Moving in/out cleans, These are always priced per job (not hourly) & due to the nature of these cleans, extra equipment, extra cleaners etc We require a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 15% of quoted price beforehand.
