Good morning everyone!

I hope you all had a lovely six weeks with your families and made some wonderful memories.
We are officially back at it and ready for a busy season ahead!

I have recently been away on holiday, but unfortunately, I’ve come back feeling a bit under the weather.
However, the show must go on!

We are pushing through and kicking off our first job next Thursday. Honestly, despite the rough start, we are so glad to be back doing what we do best.

We have some fantastic projects lined up, so keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming videos.
We can't wait to share what we've been working on with you all! ❤️

The school holidays are coming to an end, and we cannot wait to get back to work!
Our team is fully prepared and eager to help many more households ❤️

During the break, we invested our time into expanding our knowledge and developing our business to ensure we deliver the highest possible standards.

We have made a few exciting updates and I am ready to be back on the job with Turbo Trace, Elbow Grease EBZ, and "Don't Do Much" Dave! 🤣

Beyond the Before and After 😊

Most social media posts only show the dramatic transformations, the messy "before," the spotless "after," and a smiling, dirt covered team at the finish line.

However, specialist cleaning involves a massive behind the scenes effort that the cameras rarely catch.

1- Strategy Before Action ✋️
We never dive into a job without a clear plan. Before we open a single cleaning product, we assess the environment to answer critical questions:
Safety: What hidden hazards or sharps risks exist?Protection: What specific PPE does the team require?Restoration: What type of contamination is present?Logistics: What items must be discarded, and what can be salvaged?
The intellectual preparation is often the most vital part of the entire project

2-Empathy Over Judgment ❤️
Behind every front door is a human story. We frequently step into situations shaped by grief, trauma, mental health battles, or overwhelming life circumstances.Our job is not to pass judgment on how a property got to that point. We enter every space with compassion, focus, and a dedication to helping people move forward.

3. The Unglamorous Essentials 😊
A huge portion of our workday will never make it into a highlight reel.
The invisible workflow includes,
Filing risk assessments and method statements.
Managing waste disposal
Loading, unloading,
Decontaminating our own tools and equipment post job.
Managing used PPE ❤️

We know we have been a bit quiet lately, but we have been making the most of the summer break with our own children, grandchildren, and family.

We are set to return during the first week of September, and we will be showcasing one property per week 😊
