Things aren’t slowing down and we couldn’t be happier. 😊

Another successful full house exterior restoration completed for two landlords this week by team Maize👌

This project included:

✔ Full moss removal
✔ Complete gutter clearance
✔ Algae treatment and removal
✔ Deep render cleaning and restoration

The property had heavy organic build-up across the exterior, blocked gutters, and staining on the render that had built up over time. After a full treatment process, the render was restored back to its original condition, leaving the property looking fresh, clean, and well maintained again.

Regular exterior maintenance not only improves appearance but also helps protect the property from long-term damage caused by moss, algae, and blocked drainage systems.

With temperatures rising this week, the wellbeing of team Maize remains our top priority while they continue delivering the best possible service to our clients. This is me after a morning of cleans 🙈

Cleaning is physically demanding work, involving constant movement and carrying equipment throughout the day. To help keep our staff safe and comfortable during the hot weather, we kindly ask clients to support us by:

• Keeping blinds or curtains closed where possible
• Allowing windows to remain closed during the hottest parts of the day
• Please note: conservatories will not be cleaned during extreme heat due to unsafe working temperatures
• Offering drinking water to staff, where possible, would be hugely appreciated 💧
• While we will always do our best to stay on schedule, cleans may occasionally run slightly later as staff take short cooling breaks

We truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and understanding while our team works hard in these challenging conditions ☀️🩷

Our team at Maize Cleaning Solutions has just completed a full clean of a multi-storey car park that had been heavily neglected, becoming a hotspot for rough sleeping and pigeons. It was a tough job, and honestly — our bodies have never hurt from so much graft — but nothing we couldn’t handle 💪

🌧️ A Full Day of Gutter Clearances & Exterior Deep Cleans! 🏠✨

Rain? No problem 💪 We were out getting it done regardless!

Today was a full exterior transformation and these gutters definitely needed some TLC…
