We are usually working deep underground, not six floors up. But with a cracking view and great weather, this job was a thoroughly enjoyable one—well, apart from the stairs! 🥵

We were tasked with sealing a number of leaking 75mm rainwater downpipes that were cast directly into the building structure, making them incredibly difficult and expensive to replace traditionally.

That’s where the magic of trenchless repairs comes in! No digging, no tearing down walls, just seamless sealing from the inside out.

At Flux Sewer Ltd, we recently saved a local homeowner from a £10,000+ excavation nightmare. 😱

Most companies just "rod" a blockage and move on. But in Plymouth’s historic lanes, these Victorian traps are often buried 3 metres deep and hidden under boundary walls. When they block, they block hard.
