Due to a situation this week going forward all deep cleans will be payment upfront for any new clients.
I go out of my way to help people and fit them in last minute I don’t deserve to then be abused because someone left their door key in a locked garden and I couldn’t gain access. I am horrified with the way I have been spoken to.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of your clean I will expect full payment or I won’t clean for you again.
Any cancellations within 48 hours I will expect 50% of payment.
I have bills to pay and kids to feed so sure everyone will understand this.
Thanks for all your ongoing support and commitment, sorry one person has made me have to do this.

😍 It has been a busy couple of weeks!!
On top of all my normal lovely clients
We have been busy cleaning this 8 bedroom shared accommodation after being refurbished😍
Cleaned from top to bottom every inch, we even made beds and put some of the furniture together 💪 We ain’t your average cleaners! ✅
