Part Time job, apply now!
Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for the following duties:- Matching and posting invoices.
Keeping on top of the VAT.
Stock taking.
Managing emails.
Inputting supplier invoices into Freeagent.
Working along side the owner.
Dealing with storage inquiries & taking information, inputting them on the system.
Ringing up for missing supplier payments.
Filing documents away, keeping office tidy & clean.
Experience required to Apply:
Organised and able to prioritise tasks.
Motivated and willing to learn/develop.
Experience within a finance.
Experience with banking software is beneficial.
