We’re excited to welcome Mark to the Bio Response Team (On the Insurance Side) 👏

Mark brings over a decade of experience as a Claims Manager, having worked with Expert Property Care and Safeguard, and even started his career hands-on as a drying technician for 3–4 years. That blend of field and management experience makes him a huge asset to our team.

Now stepping into the role of Contracts Manager in our Insurance Department, Mark attends site to carry out detailed reports supported with imagery, schedules works for approval, and oversees each claim through to successful completion.

What Mark enjoys most? The people. Being able to support customers through what is often a really difficult time and helping guide them towards resolution is what drives him every day.

Flood Damage Restoration Completed in Salisbury.

After a severe basement flood caused contamination from displaced contents and paint spillage, our The Bio Response Team carried out: Full Water Extraction, Removal and Disposal of Affected Materials, Deep Cleaning, and Structual Drying; restoring the space back to pre-incident condition. Before, during, and after results shown.

💧🏠 Mould Remediation in Action

After significant water ingress and elevated moisture levels, last week, the Bio Response Team carried out a FULL 3-stage mould remediation process across the property:

1️⃣ HEPA Vacuuming - Removing surface contamination & loose spores.
2️⃣ Biocide Treatment - Applying broad-spectrum biocide (Biotrol) to affected surfaces.
3️⃣ Fogging - Dispersing a fine mist of biocide to capture airborne spores.

Why This Matters:
Mould isn’t just unsightly; it can cause allergies, respiratory issues, and damage to your property if left untreated. Proper remediation stops the spread, improves air quality, and protects both your health and your investment.
