Another busy couple of days here at Pool Heat Pumps Direct!👨‍🔧🔥

Today's call-out was to a pool heat pump showing a flow error. After investigating, we found the culprit – the flow paddle had completely snapped, preventing the unit from operating correctly.

To get the customer back up and running as quickly as possible, we temporarily bypassed the flow switch while the replacement parts are on order, ensuring they weren't left without heating. We also discovered the bypass kit had been installed incorrectly, so that was corrected at the same time. 🫣

This is a great example of why having your pool heating system installed and maintained correctly is so important. A simple installation issue can lead to poor performance, unnecessary faults and costly repairs.
