Lovely little lunch date made today ๐Ÿฅบโค๏ธ

I really do have the best clients( hate calling them this) so actually itโ€™s the best bunch of people that I clean for ever ๐Ÿฅฐ

Something so simple but something that means a lot to me, and the majority of them are so thoughtful and caring and I come hame way something mostly every day ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ˜‚ if its nae wash baskets, tinfoil/cligfilns , books , house phones evenโ€ฆ. Melts my heart โค๏ธ.

Itโ€™s nae always the cleaning I enjoy - itโ€™s the company- or even just at little chat way them that mean the most โค๏ธโค๏ธ

Hey guys ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฅฐ

Firstly, apologyโ€™s for lack of posting- nae idea what am doing wrang but sometimes I cana get into this page or messages ๐Ÿฅด. So Iv been using my own Facebook. If I dina really within 2-3 days ๐Ÿฅด u know why and can always message my own fb if u donโ€™t get a response.

Obviously over the last few months, itโ€™s just been myself carry out cleans and Iโ€™m very much fully booked โค๏ธ i do however always feel guilty when I say no and try and squeeze one or two more in ๐Ÿฅด. But now I have a waiting listโ€ฆ. Or I would be run into the grun if I kept taking on more ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ˜‚

I will be taking two weeks off over xmas and new year- maybe a few days in between working but will let everyone know dates soon.

Going forward into the new year - I want to try something diff- I want to offer one or two cleans free a month- for people that are struggling to get into a routine with household chores, or maybe just needing a little help in hand, busy lifeโ€™s n all โค๏ธ. Iโ€™m thinking if people know someone this would benefit, Iโ€™m thinking if people message me, and at the end of each month- Iโ€™ll pick at random and that person/s - will get a free clean โค๏ธ even just something nice for someone coming home and not having to worry about household chores โค๏ธ

Hey guys, me again ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Not a post I really wanted to share, but just a little reminder, that we are self employed, so if ur clean is missed for whatever reason, we also loose out on a pay, itโ€™s not because we canโ€™t be bothered , thereโ€™s always a valid reason, we try our best every week, always try and meet all clients needs, I also try to reply to every message ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ( if I donโ€™t reply same day, please message again) I can be a nightmare for this, especially after I finish - mad house at home ๐Ÿซ 

We havenโ€™t had the best starts to our first week back, Roselynโ€™s funeral, the weather and now a poorly child still , buuuut again we TRY and get it sorted, I wonโ€™t put up with horrible messages ๐Ÿ˜ฌ I always feel awful for cancelling, rearranging and get major anxiety about it butโ€ฆ.

Kids come first before work - anytime!

Been very quite on here lately, been extremely busy, a little thank you to you all for keeping us going ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ

Most importantly, a thank you to every one of our clients, for being so understanding when things pop up โค๏ธ

We was having a conversation with one of our ladyโ€™s, and we said people just look at cleaners like they literally are just that, weโ€™ve made so many bonds with our clients ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ which makes our days even better, the young, the old, families, ALL the pets.

Sadly weโ€™ve lost a few of our clients in the last month ๐Ÿ’” never easy when uv built that bond but the strength the familyโ€™s have to get through, and us being there just to take that little bitty of stress from them, makes us feel happy about our job known that weโ€™ve helped just that little bitty extra
