🚐🔧Update – Rally Support Van: Stage 2 Complete!
We showed you all part one of the build a few weeks ago and now the customer has returned to our workshop in Peterborough for stage 2!

We've added -
▶️Custom 18mm floor
▶️Sub flush floor rails
▶️18mm black heks wheel arch boxes

Adding the logos to the flooring was a little extra detail that the customer loves!

🚐🔧 Sunday Build Update – Rally Support Van: Stage 1 Complete!

We’ve been busy behind the scenes at Loaded Vans getting this support van ready for rally duty. This one’s built to follow a BDA Cosworth Mk2 Ford Es**rt rally car across events, carrying bikes, kit and everything needed for the weekend.

Stage 1 is now finished with Loaded Bikes kit and ready to roll:

✅ Modular bike rack system installed
✅ 2 removable wheel chocks for flexible bike setup
✅ Surface-mounted L-Track fitted throughout the van
✅ L-Track hooks for tying down gear and keeping everything secure

The beauty of this setup is the modularity – bikes in, bikes out, and the layout can be reconfigured depending on the event.

Next stop for the van… Andalucia 🇪🇸 for a before it returns to us late March.

And we’re not done yet 👀

Stage 2 upgrades are already planned and coming VERY soon.

From a Bike Rack to a Full Dream Build 🚲➡️🚐
Sometimes, you just have to see it to believe it.

Our latest customer originally swung by the Peterborough workshop just to collect his Loaded Bikes Modular Bike Rack. But while he was here, he caught a glimpse of The Ply Guys furniture we were prepping for another build. It was love at first sight—one look at that CNC-precision birch and he knew his van needed the Loaded treatment.

He booked in on the spot, and today, he’s driving away with a completely transformed adventure machine. Safe to say, he is absolutely over the moon with the finish!

The "Instant Upgrade" Spec:
