Shout out to E-Computers Perth today, I took office laptop in this morning at 9am in a wee frenzy as the screen was blank at opening although clearly key pad was working. I had run the standard update yesterday though - Yes that was the problem.

So grateful as year end today and not having laptop to complete meant it wasnt happening and caused this lady some stress.

Thank you guys, turnaround phenomenal and as a fellow small business we appreciate your efforts.

Phew, office working day commenced at 1pm....

We want to wish all our customers, friends and family a very merry Christmas.

Our staff are looking forward to a few days off with no reason to set those early alarms ⏰️

Our window cleaners will be completing their weekly cleaning over 3 days and any monthly cleans will be completed as agreed.

Our cleaning staff will be carrying out their expertise until Christmas Eve.

As a small business we appreciate our customers understanding in the small shake up of our normal routines. All our staff will be providing a normal service after the New Year celebrations.

We hope everyone enjoys good food 🦃, a few drinks 🥂 and lots of cheer with friends & family. We are also thoughtful to those who we have lost this year and will raise a glass to them, they will always be in our thoughts 🍺🍷

Cleaner Required:-

16 hours/week in total

* Mon-Fri 3hrs/night (Perth city)

There would be chance of additional hours to cover annual leave as required and should we gain new contracts which we have already tendered.

£12.25/hr for over 25s.

We are looking for someone with experience in commercial cleaning however full training will be provided. The above is lone working however as part of the GEB team our cleaning supervisor and company director are always on hand.

We are a friendly bunch and offer good team support even when working independently. If you are not afraid of a wee bit elbow grease and want a bit of cash please get in touch.

We are always up for a challenge and try out new things here at GEB so when Taymouth Castle Club contacted us requesting our services who were we to say no?

Roger spent his sunny Wednesday up amongst beautiful scenery enjoying his surroundings whilst tackling a different type of cleaning and then ensuring they were all coated in relevant waterproofing product as per the customer specifications.

A happy customer with the outcome 😀

Hard to believe a week has passed since we were out celebrating the start of Christmas season with a party night at The Salutation Hotel which was fantastic. Lovely meal, a fair few drinks, good company and fantastic music & dancing.

Needless to say Merry Christmas to all our customers, we hope everyone has a lovely festive time and we all have a prosperous New Year.

Perth and Kinross Foodbank are on the move! 🥳

We are delighted to announce we will be serving our clients from our new location at Unit A, 10-16 York Place, Perth, PH2 8EP by Tuesday the 30th of April.

The countdown has begun; plans are well underway; and we are very excited about the opportunities and potential on offer at the new premises.

We remain committed to ending the need for Foodbanks, however, the demand for emergency food provision continues unabated. With more space, we will be able to welcome more clients, and provide a broader range of services than ever before.

So what can you expect from our new York Place premises?

🏠 An accessible building – enabling an improved experience for clients with disabilities and/or long-term health conditions.
🚌 A city centre location, close to public transport links.
🪴 A nourishing and nurturing client space – designed to accommodate sensitive conversations.

We have a job opportunity come up.

Who would like to go to the new Museum every day?

Well we are looking for a cleaner to keep the toilet areas throughout the museum sparkling. It would be 2hrs daily 7 days a week. The hours can be done either early morning or after hours in evening, which ever suits the ideal candidate.

A sense of pride in your work is essential, we wish to continue our working relationship with CPK. This position is temporary to start with a view to permanent if CPK wish to continue requiring our services.

Rate of pay is £11.50/hr for over 25s.

There may be additional hours to cover annual or if we continue our growth.

Perth and Kinross Foodbank are recruiting for an administration officer. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining the smooth running of the Foodbank administration function, the admin officer will be tasked with providing administrative support to paid staff and our volunteer workforce across the breadth of the organisation. Acting as the first point of contact, the post holder will respond to queries, schedule meetings, support the organisation of events and collections, aid the purchasing, sorting, storing, transportation and dispersal of emergency food parcels and record, process, bank and acknowledge monetary donations.

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our team in our new premises at York Place Perth. The administration officer will play an integral role in the organisation and coordination of our service delivery, and will have the opportunity to partake in many collaborative efforts as we seek to strengthen and develop our support.

Perth and Kinross Foodbank is a charitable organisation established to serve those experiencing financial insecurity, despair and destitution across the local area. We disperse 3 day emergency food parcels in response to immediate hunger, and engage in activities which seek to end hunger forever.
