Well… I’m finally mobile again 😂

After two weeks of walking around like I’m 90 years old and making noises every time I stood up, the back has finally decided to cooperate!

I’ll be back out from Monday getting the ladd… only joking 😆 getting the poles back out and getting back to work.

I’m definitely behind (I’m sure some of your windows have started applying for listed status by now 😂), but I’ll be putting in the graft over the next few weeks to get everyone caught up and sparkling again.

Massive thank you to everyone for being patient, understanding, and for all the messages checking in on me. It’s genuinely appreciated.

Just a quick update for everyone.

I want to apologise if I’m behind with your clean or haven’t got back to you as quickly as usual.

I’ve been struggling with a back injury that’s gradually been getting worse, and it’s got to the point where I can only do a minimal amount of work. I’ve tried to keep going and work through it, but it’s clear I need to take a few days off completely and get it sorted properly before it gets any worse.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience this causes and really appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. I’ll be back out as soon as I’m able and will work through any delayed jobs as quickly as possible.

Quick update for everyone:
After the Christmas break and all the recent bad weather, we also moved house last week. Unfortunately this has caused a few issues with producing the pure water needed for window cleaning.

Fingers crossed the problem will be fully sorted by Monday 🤞 Once it’s fixed, I’ll be working hard to get everyone back up to date as soon as possible.

Really sorry for the delay, and hopefully we’ll all be enjoying some nicer weather soon 👍

Hi everyone,
Just a quick update and an apology. Over the last ten days my kids and partner have been down with the flu, which meant I had to cut my working hours right back. I’ve now come down with it myself and have been unwell for the last six days, so I’m still not running at full speed.

I’m really sorry for the delays this has caused. As soon as I’m properly back on my feet, I’ll be doing my very best to get everyone booked in before Christmas.
