What a week! 👏

From Exeter straight back to our home in Penrith, we've just wrapped up two fantastic iClean / VacAway Professional Low Moisture Encapsulation courses... and what a week it's been! 💙

A huge congratulations to every single attendee. Your willingness to learn, ask questions and keep improving is exactly what moves our industry forward.

It was also a pleasure to welcome back our regular group from Northern Ireland, along with a couple of new faces. It's always great catching up with familiar faces, and it was equally nice to finally meet a couple of our customers in person.

One thing we always say on this course... Encapsulation isn't a replacement for hot water extraction. It's another tool in the toolbox.

Over two days you'll learn far more than just a cleaning process. We dive into the science behind modern encapsulation, helping you understand why it works, not just how to do it. You'll gain hands-on experience with the equipment, learn how modern polymers interact with soils and fibres, discover where encapsulation fits alongside hot water extraction, and explore how it can open the door to profitable commercial maintenance programmes. Most importantly, you'll leave with the confidence to make the right decision for every job and explain that decision to your customers.

The learning doesn't stop when the course ends either. Every delegate becomes part of an ongoing support network where knowledge, advice and real-world experience continue to be shared long after you've left the classroom.
