Dear customers and Facebook followers,

Following on from a very quiet 6 months, I have taken the difficult decision to PERMANENTLY CLOSE Project 30 Detailing and try move on to something else.

Small businesses are facing ever increasing challenges, prices increases, etc... which have all been made that bit harder with the ongoing pandemic. Please do your best to support and shop local wherever possible, to avoid other independent businesses seeing the same fate as mine!

Thanks to everyone who used me and the friendships made while I was here, and a true heartfelt goodbye to you all.

PLEASE READ:

Well guys, I was looking forward to reopening today, but I've somehow managed to catch Covid over the winter break.

My first day back will now be Friday the 14th January. Any bookings between now and then will be notified and rescheduled and I'll try get through as much as possible on my return to work.

Some before and after pics of the Motorhome that's been in with me...

Full decontamination completed (fallout remover and claybar) followed by a 2 stage paint correction.

Not a bad result on this one, considering it's 17 years old and hasn't seen much polish in its lifetime. No job too big or too small at Project 30 Detailing Penicuik 💪💪💪

1994 Mercedes Benz 220CE with only 58k miles has been this week's project...

3 stage machine polish on the top halves and a 2 stage machine polish on the rest of the car - theres a few before and during pics of the bonnet to see. The paintwork was a real mess after sitting under a tree, and the tree sap had eaten its way in to the clear coat.

Restored back to it's former glory again now and ready for the next classic car auction in Errol 👌
