📌 Payment & Cancellation Policy Update
To ensure smooth scheduling and service for all our valued clients, please take note of our updated Payment and Cancellation Policy:
đź’ł Same-Day Payment Required
All payments are due on the same day as your scheduled cleaning. This helps us maintain timely service and keeps everything running efficiently. We accept Bank Transfer or Cash Payment
đźš« Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
⏰ If it’s less than 24 hours, there’s a late cancellation fee, which is half of your scheduled cleaning cost.
This helps cover the time we set aside for you and keeps everything running smoothly for all clients.
Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full cleaning fee.
