✧ Yoga with me this week ✧

I’m back from my woodland adventures and ready to pick classes back up again. Join me for a wiggle:

✧ Tuesday 10am - Woolsery Village Hall
✧ Wednesday 10am - kids yoga adventure &
6:30pm (grown up adventure!), both .space.devon, Broad Parkham (please pre-book)
✧ Thursday 7:15pm - Torridge Leisure Centre
✧ Friday 10am (gentle flow)
and 1pm - Torridge Leisure Centre
✧ Saturday 12-6pm retreat day at .space.devon - a beautiful taster yoga retreat but you get to go go home to your own bed! I have two places for this, please message me if you’d like to join.

Saturday’s class is cancelled this week but I’m there on Friday as normal.

More and more businesses are displaying signs like this which is great to see. This notice is in Young's Fish & Chip Shop, on the front in Seaton Carew. Cash is king. The only winners when paying by card is the banks and payment processors.
