A beautiful and classic Hunter Herald 8 eco installed for another happy customer! 🏡🔥

This traditional double-door stove makes a fantastic centrepiece, combining classic styling with an impressive view of the flames! 😍

For this installation, we've fitted the stove onto a large black slate hearth that we cut and polished , complete with a neatly positioned flue system, creating a clean and stylish finish.

Once the surrounding chimney breast has been decorated, this will be a real standout feature in the room! 🔥

Why is important to have your chimney/stove swept every 12 months? 🤔

Today is the exact reason as to why any woodburner appliance should be regularly maintained and swept at least once a year minimum.

2 examples of what I can find in a day of chimney sweeping. Can you guess which flue has been regularly swept?

My first job of the day i found a twinwall system that had clearly not been maintained and to the customers shock we found that the inner flue on the system was corroded due to constant build up of solid soot and tar which eventually completely destroyed the twinwall causing me to condemn the pipe. A yearly sweep and the correct use of fuel would stop this from happening.

Second job of the day was a flue system that had been regularly maintained every 12 months and how easily you can see the difference , almost spotless 🔥

By having your stove regularly cleaned and maintained you not only prologue the life of your flue and woodburner you also can sleep with the peace of mind knowing your keeping your family safe 🔥

Wonder if this chimney is big enough for a liner 🤔

It's not all about fitting brand new woodburners , its also just as important to maintain our existing fires to keep them safe , efficient and secure for as long as possible 🔥

After replacing the firebricks last heating season this year it was time for the rope to be replaced due to the it starting to fray , customer also asked for a glass replacement due to permanent staining on the old window 🔥

With new bricks , new rope and a fresh glass this Stovax Stockton 5 has may more winters ahead of burning to keep this family warm 🔥

What a treat getting to Install this beautiful double sided stove 🔥

So glad the customer decided to open up both sides of this huge opening turn it into a wonderful feature for both the living room and dining room , all they needed was the centrepiece which is where the Henley Sherwood comes in 🔥

This stunning MI Fires Poppy has completely transformed the corner of this room, with its sleek, modern design and fantastic flame picture. 🖤🔥

To finish it off, we cut and polished the slate hearth into a bespoke teardrop shape, creating a really clean look around the stove and making the most of the available space.

One of the great advantages of the MI Fires Poppy is its reduced distance to combustibles compared with many traditional woodburners, making it a fantastic option where space is limited — while still giving you that beautiful woodburning stove look!

What a difference a woodburner can make 🔥

This customer was fed of up having a fire but not actually feeling the heat. Did you know that with an open fire you lose 80% of the heat up the chimney whilst 20% goes into the room but with a woodburner it's actually the opposite 🙌

Although we had limited space we managed to find the perfect stove and set up to open up this fireplace and fit the Atantic shore 5 which only needs a 50mm air gap either side which was ideal for the limited space after boarding 🔥

New slate hearth and a plate later we have a
Working woodburner! Just needs a plaster and it Will look amazing! 🔥

🔥 From unsafe to stunning! 🔥
This old woodburner had developed serious cracking and was no longer safe to use, so it was time for a complete transformation.

Out with the old and in with the Henley Glenwood — a beautiful new stove that completely transforms this fireplace. 😍
