📢 A Note on Prompt Payments

As a sole trader, prompt payment upon receipt of invoice is not just a formality — it’s what keeps my business (and my household) running. I completely understand that this time of year is financially tough for many, with Christmas around the corner. But I want to be honest: if invoices aren’t paid on time, I may not be able to have a family Christmas myself.

I’m genuinely sad to have to raise this again, but it seems every year around this season payments slip, and it puts me in a very difficult position. Please know that your timely payments make a huge difference — they allow me to keep delivering the work you rely on without unnecessary stress.

If late payments continue, I’ll have no choice but to start requesting payment upon completion of work rather than waiting for invoices to be settled. I hope it doesn’t come to that, and I truly appreciate every client who pays promptly.

Thank you for your understanding and support — it means more than you know. 🙏
