Got some lovely cuts of lamb for seeded pittas with rocket, onion & tzatziki, plus square sausage, curries, pasta and stir fries planned 👌🏽

And a wee bunch of flowers to treat myself 🥰🌸

ONE YEAR of A Bonnie Clean Hoose… and what a year it’s been 🤍

When I first started this journey, Holly was just 3 months old and Tommy had only just turned 2, life was a complete whirlwind 😅

Going back to the usual 8am–6pm work days just wasn’t going to work anymore so with years of admin experience behind me, no fixed plan and plenty of determination, I decided to back myself and build something completely new around my wee family ❤️

I’ve always loved a clean, organised home, it genuinely clears my head and brings me so much calm and peace. I’ve always been a hard worker, working since school, from collecting money for wheelie bin cleans, to helping my mammy clean domestic & commercials, Avon, selling tablet, you name it 😂 and eventually doing wee cleaning jobs in the evenings after work when I got my first car. I’ve always just found a way to work and earn.

So with the mindset that I was going to make this work, I took a leap of faith by combining my passion and work ethic and A Bonnie Clean Hoose was born. My newborn baby 👶🏽

From those early days, things quickly grew into a full diary, a waitlist, and the most amazing loyal clients who took a chance on me. I’m so, so grateful to every single one of you who has welcomed me into your homes and trusted me the way you have. 🫶🏼

Over the past year, I’m incredibly proud to say I’ve never let a client down. Reliability, consistency and genuine care are at the heart of everything I do and always will be. 🔒

My monthly deep cleans are my little niche… I love keeping your homes feeling fresh, calm and reset month after month ✨

I’ve been welcomed into the community, supported beyond I could ever imagine, spoken to and met some amazing people and to the strangers who are cheering me on! 🙌🏽… That’s massive! 🫶🏼 it never goes unnoticed. Thank you all so much!🤍

At A Bonnie Clean Hoose, a well maintained, spotless kit is a given 🧼✨

It’s really important to me that all stock is regularly replenished, disinfected, and kept in top condition to maintain the highest standard of clean 💯

I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend! I had a great one with the wee fam! 🩶

We spent the day down in Largs at the amusements, Tommy was absolutely in his element 🥹 The exact same amusements I used to go to when I was wee… still got that nostalgic smell when you walk in 😍

We headed for a wee fish tea, and of course had to get a deep fried Mars bar with ice cream (unreal 😅), plus a few shots on the rides by the water. 🎪

Just a brilliant wee day together, loads of fresh air, laughs, and making memories… and that’s what weekends are all about to me!!! ❤️

Here’s to a busy wee week ahead 🧼 Bx

Well folks… I am officially clocking off for a couple of days to celebrate my birthday properly with my family ❤️🥂

Its very much needed 😅 This will be my 5th day of annual leave in almost a full year of running A Bonnie Clean Hoose… ✨

I have poured my absolute heart and soul into this wee business. I’ve worked so hard to get it off the ground, build trust, and become part of the community, the support I’ve had from you all has been unreal 🫶🏼

I can proudly say that in this whole year, I’ve not let a single client down. Not always easy with a 1 and 3 year old, but I’ve made it work and having such a loyal client base (and even a waiting list!) tells me I must be doing something right 💪🏽

Providing a good clean is a given… but for me, reliability and trust are just as important 💯

Right, that’s enough from me… I’m off to switch off, rest these sore hands, and enjoy some proper family time!
