These original floor tiles had become heavily soiled over time, with dirt and grime deeply embedded into the surface and grout lines.

Using professional hard floor cleaning equipment and specialist cleaning solutions, we were able to safely lift the built-up contamination and restore the tiles to their natural appearance.

🧪 Blood Stain Removal in Action

Blood stains are protein-based, which means the treatment process has to be done very carefully.

The first step is cold water extraction using a water claw. This allows us to flush the carpet fibres while applying strong vacuum pressure to pull as much of the contamination out as possible.

Using hot water at this stage would actually set the stain, making it harder to remove.

Once the bulk of the stain has been extracted, we can move on to the treatment stage using hydrogen peroxide to break down any remaining staining.

Professional stain removal is about knowing the chemistry, the equipment, and the correct order to use them.

We’ve just added the Pro 35 CRB agitation machine to our setup — and in the carpet cleaning world this is regarded by many as the “Rolls Royce” of carpet preparation.

Why does this matter?
