What a rollercoaster of a 7 days it’s been!!

Unfortunately towards the end of last week myself (Ross) had to take a couple of days away from the phone and e-mails to attend with personal matters.

On the bright side we were given some great news relating to the business!

We’ve still been out working and the team working hard as ever!!

If you’ve made contact with us over the past few days, I will get back to you asap - i’m catching up on the days lost. As always myself and the team appreciate your custom 😃👍

Appreciation post for these two!! 👌💪

As we all know the weather so far this year has been …….. let’s say - Awful. 😂

But Chris and Joe have never shied away from the cold, wet & wind (a lot of rain) and just got on with the job at hand.

Awareness post!!! Please read!!!!!

It would seem that a company is claiming that we have sold our window cleaning rounds to them! I can assure you that this is NOT the case!

I am only writing this post as we have had a couple of people informing us of what has happened. WE will always message the night before arrival, so if anyone claims to be us and you haven’t received a message chances are it’s not us!!! If we have an agreement with you stating that we do not need to contact you, we will always leave a slip through your letter box once we’ve completed your clean.

I have spoken to the director of the company in question and there seems there is a genuine reason that this has happened. Therefore I am not going to go down the route of naming and shaming! So please don’t ask me.

One thing this has highlighted is your loyalty to us as a company. Myself and team are extremely grateful for this. Thank you 😊

We got to work with this hawk today whilst on site 😍 what an experience!!

Thank you to South West Bird Control for your time and the opportunity!

It was great to be able to network whilst on the Job and learn what each others skills are.

We discussed the problems birds can cause to properties / buildings but also how to look after them in both maintenance and prevention.

What a great day 😊

After many requests our new card terminal is here and ready to go 👍

✅ payments over the phone

✅ Mobile machine

✅ printable or e-mailed receipts if requested

We will still accept our current methods of cash, cheque or direct transfer.

We acted on what was requested and probably well over due.

With the Clennon Cleaning Christmas party all done, along with our good friend Shane at Pro cleaning Torbay, we head into our final week before the break.

If you need those last minute cleans before your family’s arrive just let us know and will do our best to help get you ready.
