I just wanted to say thank you again for your incredibly kind support for Sobell House Hospice this year. I wanted to let you know that our lights of love event and appeal has raised over £19,000 this year and the money ProClean Oxford & Proclean Housekeeping regularly donate has helped us to cover the costs of the event.

Thank you again for your continued support. I hope you have a restful Christmas and new year and I look forward to catching up in 2026.

ProClean Housekeeping will be closed for the Christmas & New Year holiday period from

Wednesday 24th Dec 2025 & we will return to work on Friday 2nd January 2026

Thank you to all of our wonderful clients for their continued support both new & old customers alike.
Your satisfaction is our success and we’re so lucky to work with such lovely people.

The great work that each & everyone of my housekeeping ladies contributes to the company being a success.

Their commitment to customer satisfaction has been a key to the businesses success & they are our company's backbone, and for that, I am truly thankful.

The tireless efforts to provide outstanding service does not go unnoticed & we have had endless emails of thanks regarding their hard work come in from happy clients.

I hope this Christmas brings you all lots of moments filled with love, laughter, and goodwill toward others & may the year that lies ahead of us all, bring you nothing but happiness and fulfilment.

What a wonderful email to receive in the busy rush up to Xmas. Thank you to Tina, Anna & Kay for their hard work on this lady's house yesterday, it's appreciated greatly by the client & Me. This lady has been with me 4 years & is always so grateful for our help but her thank you email this time was so lovely I thought I'd share it here as well as sending to my ladies who worked their magic xx

Well, what a great team I had to work with today!
We did a mammoth pre-clean on a house that my new client will be moving into within the next week. 22 hrs between 5 of us!

Thank you to my fab team of ladies – Tina, Pippa, Terri & Anna
I most certainly could not have achieved this without you all & the main thing is the client is happy with the phots sent to her & once she’s done her renovations we’ll most likely have a new client for regular cleans in the New Year too. 😊
It smells a million times better than when we first walked in! It was rather whiffy one! (mould / dogs / 40 yrs worth of dirt!) you name it was there & the smell wasn’t pleasant. Even the agent letting us in to clean didn’t want to stay long)! When he came to lock up, he was amazed at the transformation & the difference in the smell too 😊
We try our best to take Beirut & change it to Barbados… there is a lot of work to do here for the client when they move their family in, ripping out a kitchen, changing carpets as they are pretty bald with carpet moths & a lot of damp in the kitchen cupboards & outside walls, but our work is done & they can have a clean surfaces to prepare food on & clean bathrooms to bathe in & use the bathrooms facilities.

I’m Srinder, the Bereavement Care Lead at Sobell House, and I’d be honoured if you joined me for this year’s Lights of Love celebration.

Date: Sunday 14 December 2025
Time: 4pm to 5pm (service running time)
Venue: The Olivier Hall, St. Edward’s School, OX2 7NN

The service will include readings, uplifting musical performances, and moments of reflection to pay tribute to those loved and never forgotten. Whether your loss is recent or from many years ago, everyone is welcome.

Once you RSVP, we’ll send you Memory Hearts to dedicate to your loved one. Simply write your message and return them to us so they can be included in our display. Hundreds of hearts will be featured at the event and later displayed at Sobell House during the festive season.

Do thank Kay for all her help this summer with the cleaning x & thank you for agreeing to a 6 weekly clean for me from Jan 2026.

I came in after Kay had cleaned today, it smelt beautiful, & looked amazing & a number of people have remarked on how lighter my house looks, I think it's because it's cleaned properly! 😅

Just a quick message to say thank you. I always think this but don't often say it, but Kay and the cleaning service you provide is amazing. I don't think Kay realises the difference she makes to our lives. So reliable and dependable and always does a great job. Don't know where we'd be without her!

Another big– end of tenancy split over 3 days due to short notice of the clean & the 18hrs needed to clean it!

Client was due to move into her new home once contracts had exchanged & then realised it was so dirty, she couldn’t move in as planned & desperately needed our help!

Before pictures show house after the previous owners had moved out! 8 hrs alone to clean grease from the kitchen & cupboards!

After pictures – carpets have been removed & the whole house will be decorated prior to completely moving in

Thank you, Katie & Becky, for your amazing work, it looks fantastic & thank you both so much for your hard work. You had a mammoth challenge working around the oven cleaner that decided to cancel on his pre-arranged day & have his stuff spread everywhere whilst you were trying to clean & client moving stuff into areas you’d cleaned / yet to clean – but you kept your cool & were amazing
