Hi everyone 👋

Just a quick update from EMB Cleaning Services.

As a small local business, cancellations can have a big impact on my income and ability to cover monthly bills. To help protect my business and keep providing a reliable service, I kindly ask for 14 days’ notice if you wish to end your regular cleaning service.

Services may be terminated at any time by either party, with the requested notice period.

This gives me time to reorganise my diary and offer the space to another client.

Hi everyone 😊

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your continued support while I grow my small business — it really does mean so much to me! I’m always committed to making sure I meet all your cleaning needs and that you’re happy with the service I provide 🧼✨

Recently, I’ve had a few last-minute cancellations. I completely understand that sometimes things can’t be helped, but when cancellations happen last minute, it can be difficult for me to fill the space, which impacts my day and my income.

To help with this, I’ll be introducing a new cancellation policy. If you need to cancel for any reason, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I have time to offer the slot to someone else. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the cost of the full clean will be charged.

This will come into effect from 1st May 2026.

Thank you again for all your support and understanding — I really do appreciate every single one of you 💛
