Our customer called us... crying! 😭

She had just talked her husband into having brand new, beautiful plush carpets laid and then promptly dropped mascara on it 😱

Before she contacted us, she'd tried all sorts of shop bought stain removers and it hadn't budged. We ALWAYS advise against using diy products. They can cause far more problems!

Their harsh chemicals and bleaching agents can permanently bleach, melt, or dissolve delicate carpet fibers. Misapplied products leave sticky residues that rapidly attract dirt or cause chemical burns, often making the original stain look much worse and drastically lower the chances of professional removal.

We got to work and as you can see, she was delighted with the result! ✨
