Good Evening
It is with the deepest regret that house proud cleaning is no longer taking on new clients.
As of ,the week commencing the 28th of July I will be starting a more permeant employment journey. Not to worry though I will still be cleaning for all my regular clients & will be intouch with those clients in due course.

Thanks For All The Support over the last 11 months & I will look forward to the continuing support from my regular clients. x

* Recovery Update *

I’m home & well at 6 days post op. Recovery is going well but still a little tender & bruised.

Hoping to return to work as of the end of next week on very light duties. I will be intouch with everyone in regards to your clean in due course ☺️

Could I please ask all customers to Let me know if themselves or anyone in their household falls poorly between now & the end of may so we can re arrange your scheduled slot .

As many of my customers know I’ve been waiting for surgery & today I got a date for the go ahead so I need to be extra careful to try my best to stay away from any bugs.

I will be intouch with all customers going forward before my surgery date to plan cleans going forward whilst I’m recovering.

* Notice For All Customers *

I MUST Stress the new policy that was sent out a few weeks ago is now active.
All Cancellations now work as follows :

- Termination of scheduled cleaning slots MUST give ONE MONTHS notice. Otherwise a 50% cancellation will be payable.

- Cancellation of scheduled cleaning slots that wish to be re-scheduled to a different day MUST give 48 HOURS notice. Otherwise a 50% fee will be payable.
