Caplin Window Cleaning is recruiting! 💦

A great opportunity to join our friendly team. The role is predominantly window cleaning with a water fed pole system.

A full UK driving license is required and you must enjoy working outdoors and be adaptable. Being self motivated and taking pride in your work is essential, whilst being keen to work as part of the team or alone.

Experience of a water fed pole system is beneficial, but not essential as on the job training will be given.

Hello to Nick! A face in Olney that needs no introduction, he is as much of a pillar of the community as he is integral to Caplin Window Cleaning.

Hi there! Our first insta post on a squeaky clean new page (no pun intended 💦 )! And what better chance to begin introducing our fab team who you will see working about Town, come rain or shine!

So here we have our main man Oli. Oli began Caplin Window Cleaning in 2012, realising his love for hoses extends past being a Firefighter! A true hero and absolute perfectionist in his work, but NEVER too busy for a chat! However if you eat a sausage roll in his van you’re in trouble 🤓

An exciting opportunity to join the team and establish yourself within the growing company. The role is predominantly window cleaning with a water fed pole system but you may also carry out other specialist cleaning tasks such as internal window cleaning, roof cleaning and gutter clearing. 95% of your work will be ladder-less.

A full UK driving license is required and you must enjoy working outdoors and be adaptable. Being self motivated and taking pride in your work is essential. You must be able to work as part of a team or alone. Communication skills are key as you will communicate with customers and team members.

Uniform, tools and equipment will be provided for you to carry out your duties. We undertake a variety of different and interesting works in various locations, so every day is different out in the field. Experience of a water fed pole system is beneficial, but not essential as on the job training will be given.

A huge heartfelt thank you to the lovely kind folk of Olney for all the support and kind messages received since having our Caplin Window Cleaning Company Van stolen last week.

Sadly the Van is long gone but the kindness of our wonderful loyal customers and the Town will stay with us forever!

Please know we are working hard to be back up and running as soon as physically possible. 🎅🏼 💫
