Dear all,
Given the unprecedented situation we're all facing as a result of Covid-19, we want to provide an update on what this means for our service at present.
We understand the importance of hygiene, disinfecting and cleanliness, especially in times like this, not only to protect us from THIS virus, but from any and all other viruses and infections that can weaken our immune system and make us more vulnerable, therefore we will continue to provide high quality cleaning services to all our customers for as long as it is safe to do so.
All our staff are well and healthy, none of us have travelled abroad in the last 3 months and we are following guidance from The Department for Health & Social Care (DHSC): our cleaners use protective equipment at all times, wash hands before and after every job and regularly thereafter, we use bleach and disinfectants on all surfaces where it is safe to do so, temperature and general health of staff is monitored on a daily basis.
What this means for our customers:
During your cleaning visit we especially think about which areas are used and touched more intensely and make sure these are wiped down. Examples are handlesand k***s on doors, equipment and furniture; grabrails, tabletops; work surfaces; bathroom fittings; bannisters; light switches; TV and equipment controls; key safes; brush handles; etc. Therefore, if you notice a change in the usual cleaning routine, please be mindful that we need to allocate some time for these protective measures. We would also appreciate you ensure there is bleach or sanitizers available in the house. If you do not have these, please let us know and we will provide.
The safety of everyone is our top priority, which is why we strongly advise cleaning takes place when your home is unoccupied, where possible.
If you know that you or your family will be home during the clean, please kindly let us know and we will do our best to find a more
suitable time. If you are working from home, are in isolation or have family members who will be at home at all times, please kindly refrain from direct contact and allow cleaner to have access to the rest of the home.
Most importantly, if you or your family experience any simptomps, please kindly let us know so that we can cancel cleaning for a period of 2 weeks.
Above all else, we would like to reassure you that the safety, health and wellbeing of our staff and customers has been and will always be our priority and we thank your for your continuous support and cooperation.
