Just a few tips to help all customers with the payment process at the launderette. If the card kiosk ever fails to work due to loss of internet connection you can still pay on your phones by scanning the QR codes on the machines.

The phone then becomes a mirror image of the kiosk so very straightforward.

And of course all our machines still accept coins.

If our kiosk fails to read your card when you tap the card reader you can alternatively insert your card at the bottom or swipe your card from top to bottom along the right hand side. Sometimes these methods provide a better connection.
