🤧🦠 The germs are germing! 😂

Is it just me, or does everyone seem to be coming down with something at the moment?! 🤒

I’ve had a couple of cancellations due to illness, and honestly, I completely understand! Nobody chooses to be poorly, and I’d much rather you rest up and get better than struggle through it ❤️

Just a little favour from your friendly neighbourhood cleaner 🧽✨ If you do need to cancel your clean due to illness or anything else, 24 hours notice where possible would be hugely appreciated. 💗

It gives me a chance to offer the slot to another client and helps me keep my little business running smoothly.

Of course, I know illness can come out of nowhere, so please don’t panic if it’s last minute! As always your health comes first. 🥰

Here are a few homes I’ve cleaned this week it’s been a busy one!

😂🧽 LET’S BE HONEST… WHO ELSE? 🧽😂

You clean the kitchen… then someone makes a cup of tea ☕️ or a sandwich 🥪😂

You hoover the floors… then the dog walks in with muddy paws 🐾🙈

You clean the bathroom until everything is sparkling ✨… and someone decides NOW is the perfect time to have a shower! 🚿🤦‍♀️😂

Honestly, keeping on top of a house is a full-time job in itself! 🏡💨

But there’s nothing better than leaving a client’s home looking like it’s come straight out of a magazine! ✨ Spotless, sparkling and smelling as fresh as a daisy! 🌼🫧❤️

👇 TELL ME… what’s the ONE household job you absolutely HATE doing? 😂

Mine would have to be… 👀 the NEVER-ENDING pile of clothes! Whether they need washing, drying, folding or putting away, that pile just NEVER seems to end! 😩🫣🤣

🧹✨ CLEANING CONFESSIONS… NO JUDGEMENT! ✨🧹

Right, let’s find out what kind of cleaners I’ve got following me 😂👇🏼

Which one are you guilty of?

🧺 A — The clean washing lives in the basket until it’s basically time to wear it again.

🪑 B — You have THE CHAIR… you know the one. Too clean for the wash, apparently not clean enough for the wardrobe. 😂

🧹 C — You clean the whole house… then shove everything you don’t know what to do with into one random drawer/cupboard.

🛏️ D — You change the bedding and feel like you deserve some sort of national award afterwards. 🏆

🧽 E — You start cleaning one room, find something that belongs upstairs, go upstairs, start cleaning THERE and completely forget what you were doing in the first place. 🤦🏼‍♀️

✨ F — Absolutely none of the above. My house is immaculate at all times.

And if you picked F… I’m going to need photographic evidence because I don’t believe you. 👀😂

Mine is definitely A and E 🙈other peoples houses I can crack on and get things done, my house defeats me every single day 🫣😩

Sorry I’ve been absolutely RUBBISH at posting lately! 🙈😂

I get home after a day of cleaning and somehow I’m still cleaning, sorting, washing, cooking… the list never ends! 😂🧽 So by the time I finally sit down, posting on social media is the LAST thing on my mind! 🤣

But I thought I’d better show my face (and a few clean houses!) before you all think I’ve disappeared! 👀😂

Here’s a little peek at some of the cleans I’ve been busy with recently, including a lovely deep clean I tackled today ✨🧼

Of course, I forgot to take photos until I’d finished the WHOLE thing! 🫣🤦‍♀️ So you’ll just have to take my word for it when I say it was looking rather fabulous! 😂

I honestly do love what I do, and I’ve enjoyed every single clean 🧼 I’m also loving the autumn themes and one client in particular never fails to impress me with their autumn things and then Christmas. It’s my favourite time of the year so seeing these things in peoples homes makes me happy 😁 🍁

So here’s to the rest of the week, plenty of scrubbing, sparkling homes and hopefully remembering to take the photos BEFORE I clean everything! 😂✨

✨ WHAT A BUSY COUPLE OF WEEKS! ✨

I’ve been busier than ever recently, juggling childcare while still making sure all my lovely clients homes are left absolutely sparkling! 🧽✨

The last two weeks have included:

🛋️ Deep cleaning sofas
🏡 Post holiday cleans
✨ My usual domestic cleans
🏥 A little hospital visit… for me this time! 😂 Don’t worry, I’m absolutely fine — I just clearly need to learn to slow down a little!
💐 Some gorgeous flowers from my amazing clients wishing me a speedy recovery ❤️‍🩹 Honestly, these little gestures mean SO much!
🐾 And finally, a commercial clean at Tidy Tails by Tiffany 🐶✂️
