This is why having at least a service annually is so important. This customer's tub looked lovely and clean when we arrived but it's the things you can't see that can cause an issue. They were starting to have a scale build up and a small leak that we were able to clean up, fix and advise them of treatments to stop it happening. Scale will destroy components like heaters, pumps and jets, and also make the shell uncomfortable. Services start from £199. Prevention is better and cheaper than cure
