Dear Valued Customer's
As we move into 2026, I need to make a small but important change to how payments are handled.
Running the business alongside long working hours and family life means I need to reduce the amount of time spent on administration and chasing payments. At the moment, checking and following up payments is taking up too many evenings and weekends, which simply isn’t sustainable.
From now on, all invoices must be paid within 24 hours of issue.
This applies to both weekly and monthly invoices.
Monthly invoicing is a privilege that allows flexibility, but it only works if payments are made promptly. I need timely payments in order to manage cash flow properly and take a regular wage from the business. Delays can affect my payment schedules and the smooth running of the service.
Please note the following:
If a monthly invoice is not paid within 24 hours, I will revert the account back to weekly payments.
If payments remain outstanding, collections will be paused until the balance is cleared.
I would prefer not to move to payment-on-return, but if payment issues continue, this may become necessary.
I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. These changes allow me to keep providing a reliable service while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.
