Some times, (particularly on first cleans) run or drip marks may appear on your windows, but don't worry, give us a call within 48 hours and we will come straight round and sort them out for you free of charge for you. This will stop happening after the first few cleans, when all of the dirt is out of the seals on your windows.

There are a number of payment options which include:

• BACs (bank transfer)
• Standing order
Cash • If you would like to pay by cash you can either hand it over to a member of staff as we're cleaning your windows or you can arrange a place for it to be left if you are not going to be in. BACs • If you would like to pay us directly into our bank account, we will simply pop an invoice through your door which gives you all the details you need to complete the transfer. Standing Order • If you want to have your windows cleaned every 4 weeks without having to worry about a thing, just simply set up a standing order once a month on a day of your choice.
