A Statement From Us ❤️

We feel it is important to address some recent negative comments and concerns regarding our business as a whole.

We have become aware of an individual working with us on a self-employed basis who has taken deposits from customers and, unfortunately, has failed to attend appointments and/or provide refunds.

We want to make it absolutely clear that this behaviour does not reflect our business, our standards, or the way we operate as a company.

As of this morning, we have taken the decision to terminate our working relationship with this individual. We take matters such as this extremely seriously and will always put our customers and their trust in us first.

We have been established in the cleaning industry for 13 years, and throughout that time we have worked incredibly hard to build a reputable, reliable and trustworthy business. We are proud of the service we provide and the relationships we have built with our customers over the years.

We sincerely apologise to anyone who has been affected by this situation. Please understand that the actions of one self-employed individual should not be taken as a reflection of our entire business or the many hardworking people who represent us.

Thank you to our loyal customers for your continued support, understanding and trust.
