I generally deal with most public health issue pests such as rats mice wasps and indoor flying insects, cockroaches, ants.
I don’t deal with bird or squirrel issues but I can offer advice if needed.

I’ve worked in Pest Control for a number of years for bigger companies and I was always wanting to add more of a personal touch towards Pest Control rather than just being the rat man who checks the boxes.
The problem is the bigger companies always seem to forget about the needs of the client and concentrate more on selling rather solving and putting profit before prevention and none of these methods are what honest pest control is all about.
My approach to pest control is less poison and more action as lots of pest control companies have allowed their technicians to irresponsibly over use toxins which have caused too many problems over the years, such as a resistance buildup towards toxins in rats and mice and also poisoning of non-target species i.e. field mice eating toxins and being eaten by birds of prey who feed these poisoned mice to their chicks! In short, irresponsible use of rodenticides leading to wildlife abuse!
