Thanks for the memories. I was lost for words when myself and my little lady were gifted our own Panthers shirts. Amelia has just about grown into hers whereas I’ve pretty much just about grown out of mine!! 😆
We even had our first Break Charity Duck race entry painted in the Panthers team kit by the managers wife!
From start to finish we were made to feel a part of the team and this gesture spoke volumes and made it all worth while.

By far the most enjoyable team I’ve sponsored, simply supplying kit to help the boys enjoy their games of football. (I can remember when I was playing for Thorpe Rovers and it took 10 mins to put a sock on as they were so stiff) 😆
Superb commitment from start to finish by all involved, managers, make shift refs and linesmen and the support from the families on match days.
Kits are being passed down to a younger year group and happy that the Rugs2riches brand will still be visible on a Sat/Sun morning.

This week we had Cayden from his high school Notra-Dame carrying out his work experience placement. Whilst most of his school mates were stacking shelves or sitting behind a reception desk, we were out and about getting cups of teas and working on our t-shirt tans!
I remember being placed in a bed store when I was doing mine and it was probably the longest most boring week of my life, I just wanted to lay down but wasn’t allowed to, in a bed store! 😅
Cayden was always on time ready for pick up, did everything I asked of him and was polite to all customers. We got to chat about the World Cup and blast music from the van as we traveled from job to job in the sunshine. Cayden wants to do something within the sports industry, I’m sure he’ll be able to do what he likes but the lesson I taught him is that being free and answering to no one whilst running your own business is a lot better than doing the same but lining someone else’s pockets.

With all the fake reviews out there that these franchises pay for (the ones with over 4k positive reviews but have only been trading for a month) I thought I’d share a real one that I received yesterday.
All of my reviews are real, I hardly ever ask customers to leave them, I should push it a bit more to be fair.

Wow…this was my office for the day! I’m lucky to get some amazing bookings and it’s humbling they choose me to carry out their cleans!
Back is definitely creaking this evening as I sit and reply to today’s enquiries and chasing the odd payment here and there.
Summer time in my line of work is tough, the machine can over heat, I have to take longer on jobs due to the humidity levels, so extra dry passes and frequent tea breaks 👀👌🏽 But at the end of the day it’s very enjoyable, albeit a tad sweaty!
