Clarick Cleaning are looking for a part time assistant manager to join the team.
This is a work from home position although there will be significant local travel required.
Successful candidates will need a full driving licence and their own car.
Hours:
20 hours a week Monday -Friday
Can be flexible but 9.30-1.30 would be ideal.
The Role
• · Meeting, advising, and registering new clients.
• · Booking jobs, managing timetables
• · Using our CRM system to log all data
• · Recruiting new staff
• · Writing and posting job adverts
• · Interviewing/ training new staff
• · Obtaining references and DBS checks
• · Dealing with client issues
The person needs to have:
• Driving licence and own car
• Experience in the domestic / cleaning industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of building good relationships
• A polite, friendly, approachable and professional way about them
• Good IT skills, capable of learning how to use/navigate in-house systems and job boards
• A good use of the English language and grammar
• A discreet and confidential manner
• Excellent professional references
We are looking for someone to become an integral member of our business and help it continue to expand.
There is plenty of scope in the role for an ambitious, driven and reliable person. Opportunity for more hours is certainly a possibility.
