On July 3rd I’ll be flying to Switzerland with Rueben and 2 others to take part in the MBBA Mont Blanc challenge, hiking 72 miles, 3 days back to back to raise funds for a cause very close to my heart. We have been training hard!

Mind Body Balance Academy gives people a place to get support with their physical and mental health as well as their recovery journeys, they offer free sessions to those in need under their give back programme and the lives they have changed so far has been incredible.
MBBA offer counselling, 1-1 PT, boxing, men’s football for su***de awareness, & meditation under the programme where people can attend for free, every penny raised will help the people access services that need it the most.

I’ve been on my own journey over the past 2 years and training in this space had been a big part of it.

Please give what you can to support their give back programme so others can feel well and get the support they need.
