Evening everyone.
were just advising we at DEMA Solutions Northwich are looking to increase our service's and looking to advance our team in the near future into Biohazard cleaning which is a specialist service which will entail a review of all our procedures and a full new set off rules and regulations and an upgrade in our processes.
We will keep you upto speed as we advance in our progress to roll this out.
Can i just thank all our current customers both commercial abd domestic who have got us to our milstone of 500 hours support service's per week which for us a huge achievement.
Watch this space as we open up our new sector

We have seen so many lovely snow scenes this morning, but as we all know, this weather plays havoc with travel.

The roads are treacherous and we apologise to everyone but we made the decision to cancel today's visits and re schedule them to later in the week.🙏

Hopefully tomorrow the roads will be much safer.❄️

Tradesmen didn't turn up for the quote or didn't start on the day 😡😡

They said they would be here to quote today and didn't show

I'm hearing this alot recently

Sometimes things do come up and they can't make it, if it's work related staying late or somethings come up, but doesn't mean you can't contract the customer and just let them know!

1 phone call or message to inform a customer you are running late or have to re arrange, shows how serious about the job you are and Also professional in how you treat people.

So a little tip to customers if someone can't take 2 minutes to show you respect
There is a good chance they won't when in your home.
