We do things differently!

Speaking to a potential customer, I was once again shocked by what I was told. They were looking to leave their current cleaning company, not because the cleaner was poor but because the cleaning company owner was a bully. This is not an unusual story I hear. Getting the best out of people does not come with behaving in this way. Building quality, loyalty and commitment comes from being consistent and positive with the team you have the privilege to work with.

It's that time of year when we make our team smile...!

We work in an industry where often our cleaners have been seen as the lowest of the low in their place of work and many had never received a Christmas present from their employer. One of our team had 30 years of service in previous companies without this simple recognition. Each year it gets harder and harder to buy personalised Christmas presents for our expanding team, but just knowing how appreciated the gifts are makes it worth the while.

Have you ever asked yourself whether it is your cleaner that is the problem or is it that they are not properly supported by their employer? When we have conversations with potential clients it usually turns out to be the latter! More often than not we find that the member of staff is not provided with the necessary equipment or they have simply not been given the correct amount of time to complete the work to a satisfactory level.

At PureMaison we do things differently, our team is our priority, so you can rest assured that the team member looking after your business knows what is expected, has been provided with the correct equipment and has the time to finish the job to a high standard!

Cleaner - 12.5 hours per week
Term Time

Two option:
Monday to Friday 6pm to 8:15pm, or
Monday to Friday 5:30am to 7:45am

Working in school term time and occasional days in the school holidays

Other local vacancies are also available.

No experience or qualifications necessary as all training will be given before starting your role.

We are looking for enthusiasm and a positive attitude and a willingness to greet people in a work setting, and you must be smart and well presented.

This is a physical role so you must be able to carry out the duties required.

A good understanding of spoken and written English is essential as you will need to communicate well with the team and our customers.
