When we clean your rug it gets the most thorough clean possible! The cleaning process starts with an inspection to determine how we will clean it. All rugs go through our dusting process which involves a vacuum top and back, following by a gentle beating with the famous 'Rug Badger' which knocks the dry soils/grit from the fibres and finally and 'Air Dusting' which blows the very fine dust particl

es left in the fibres. We then clean the rug in our rug pit, cleaning both the top fibres and back. Once cleaned and rinsed, the rug is the spun to near touch dry, in a rug centrifuge. From here the final drying and grooming is completed ready to return to you. (some rugs are not suitable for the rug pit but will still receive a deep surface clean). Extras services include stain guard treatment, deodorising, sanitising, and treatment for moths.
