**Job Description:**
As a Trainee Drainage Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, learning the skills and gaining the experience necessary to excel in the drainage industry. You will work alongside experienced engineers, assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage systems. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of drainage systems.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess drainage issues and requirements.
- Operate and maintain drainage equipment and tools.
- Learn to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Support senior engineers in project planning and ex*****on.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site.
**Qualifications:**
- GCSEs, vocational training, hands on experience, construction background a bonus.
- A keen interest in engineering and construction, particularly in drainage systems.
- Basic understanding of construction practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
