STAINDETECTIVE :Commercial: Industrial :Domestic Cleaning reserve the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Once a booking has been made with Stain detective cleaning you are bound by our terms and conditions. Expectations: We will always set a realistic expectation so you our customer knows exactly what to expect from our cleaning works, we will confirm a definite price BEFORE commencing any works, We will only ever use professional equipment and products and will not leave until our customer is happy ,we have been providing Healthy Cleans around the Midlands for 16 years so you know your in safe hands ,we never guarantee that an item we are cleaning will be 100% like new ,but our TESTIMONIALS on our website, Face book ,linked in ,etc speak for themselves. Thanks for possibly choosing Stain Detective Cleaning ,If we have already carried out a quote then we probably have already covered most questions ,risks ,T and Cs etc but just in case it is always worth reading fully ,If we are carrying out carpet and upholstery cleaning all we need on the day where possible is access to hot water ,and we would also point out as a professional cleaning company that our equipment is industrial so it will not leave any area very wet ,more damp than anything ,but we advise all customers to ensure heating is on at the property to increase the temperature for drying purposes and to try and avoid any odors ,Once areas are nearly dry or dry then ensure to open windows to ventilate. ,Drying times vary,but if instructions are followed most areas will dry within 2 hours although It is vital as a customer you follow these instructions as we DO NOT take any responsibility for the drying of a property or furniture. We will where possible on carpet cleans subject to availability we leave a pair of plastic over shoes so carpet can be walked on immediately if very nessecary but it is better advised to not walk on it until dry if possible . We do also offer an instant dry cleaning service but this is more expensive and is not always suitable for the task at hand. FURNITURE AND CONTENTS: we are a very fair company but remember we are a cleaning company and NOT A REMOVAL COMPANY , we try and help as much as we can by possibly sliding sofas etc back and fourth etc but we would NOT take responsibility in the event of an item being damaged as we may be only moving items as a good will gesture etc, also if we are cleaning carpets we do advise all customers to place plastic under any wooden or furniture legs,(electrical items etc) whilst cleaning to prevent any risks of possible staining etc. DO NOT REMOVE PLASTIC ETC UNTILL FULLY DRY.We are happy if requested to do this but an extra charge may apply. STAINS: if an area is stained then it is already damaged ,if we are attempting Stain Removal we cannot guarantee anything ,or that a chemical reaction etc may or may not happen ,we will investigate stains and as always only use safe and recommended products but again we are attempting to improve an area that is already severely damaged,this will be even riskier where the customer has attempted DIY.We take NO responsibility for any further damage that may occur. RISKS:As with any equipment there will be some leads and cables so there is a trip risk and also floors are being washed so please be careful not to trip etc. If there is any health risks please advise us before we start our works as this is your responsibility to leave us know. If we identify any further risks we will let you know prior to commencing works,we may take pictures before and after of the areas we are cleaning for our files and quality control
CANCELLATIONS: We currently have a cancellation fee of £50.00 or 50% of the job value ,we reserved the right to pick which ever we feel is appropiate for any job cancelled WITHIN 48 hrs notice ,we reserve the right to charge this fee to cover any loss of earnings that we may occur. Payments : Payment is requested on the day ,unless otherwise agreed. Complaints: we do not leave the property until the customer is happy with our works ,however if a complaint was to arise it is very important to notify us within 24 hrs STRICTLY of the cleaning commencing ,this needs to be done ideally by message ,email or text (or phone call if the other options are not available to you)failure to do so will automatically invalidate the complaint..
