Can I please remind my lovely clients of my policy…

Any cleans that are longer then 3 hours will require a deposit of 50% of what they require.
I require two days notice 48 hours if you are cancelling appointments so that I can fill the slot.

I have had to implement this due to recent late cancellation an hour or half hour before and when I have arrived at the property.

I have also had a couple of clients tell me that they only require a general clean, but when I have arrived at the property it has turned out to be a deep clean!
Please, please! I cannot stress enough if you require a deep clean please tell me as I need to make sure I have the appropriate time booked out and also everything to be able to do the job correctly.
Also because of this I am not being payed correctly for the services that I am providing so missing out on Money alternatively.

Sorry for the long post.
