Kicking off February on a high!

Great to see the first three beautifully finished homes handed over to their new owners at our latest 181-plot development with Morris Homes which we started in January 2025. Moments like these make all the hard work worthwhile—there’s nothing better than handing sparkling plots over to happy customers.

Great news! We are really pleased to share that we had an outstanding June, with over 55 plots handed over to happy customers last month 😀

Tomorrow, we launch the New Shelbourne Showhomes at 'The Orchards', which were cleaned internally and externally today ready for the first customer viewings. A huge thank you to our dedicated cleaning staff for their continued hard work—the show homes look fantastic. We are eagerly anticipating starting the build cleans on this 200-house development.

Cleaning started a few weeks ago on the first site at Harlestone Park - 90 units and we started the 2nd New Bloor Homes site today - The Brambles 149 units 😀
