Five years ago I started The Ice Bath Co. with a simple belief - that cold water could change people’s lives.

It did. And it changed mine.

What started with ice baths became a community, a culture, and a career built entirely around human potential. Every installation, every build, every cold dip, every conversation… it’s always been about people and outcomes first. That’s never changed.

Today, a chapter closes. And something bigger begins.
