🧽 Why Does a Deep Clean Take So Long? 🧽
This is one of the most common questions I get as a cleaning company owner, and the answer is simple: a true deep clean goes far beyond what you see on the surface.
A regular clean focuses on maintaining cleanliness. A deep clean focuses on restoring it.
When we deep clean a home, we’re not just vacuuming floors and wiping countertops. We’re cleaning skirting boards, door frames, light switches, behind and under furniture (where accessible), removing built-up grease, tackling limescale, dusting hard-to-reach areas, sanitising high-touch surfaces, and paying attention to the details that are often missed during routine cleaning.
Years of dust, dirt, soap scum, and grime don’t disappear in an hour or two. Every room requires extra care, extra products, and extra time.
Think of it this way: if your home hasn’t had a deep clean in months (or years), our team is effectively doing several regular cleans in a single visit.
I know it can seem like a long process, but our goal isn’t to rush through a checklist. Our goal is to leave your home feeling genuinely refreshed, healthier, and cleaner than it has in a long time.
Quality cleaning takes time, and the results are worth it. ✨
